Good morning from a mostly sunny Suffolk where it's much cooler and breezier than recent days. Coffee has been had and another load of washing is on the go.

This morning’s ride was a mostly wind assisted return from Glendevon. Some interesting gusts along the way.

Pretty stormy here in Brodick. I was speaking to some of the other guest this morning who were going diving. I wonder how they've got on with it as the sea definitely looks a bit rough.

Leisurely ride to Brodick this morning in time for opening of the Launderette. Surprising amount of traffic going between Lamlash and Brodick in the rush hour.

I visited the museum and had a wander around the grounds of the castle. Just having fish and chips now before going to collect my laundry. Very impressed with the portions

They gave me tartar sauce despite me saying I didn't want it.

Back from a very windy 50k ride having done my good deed for the day - helping a fellow cyclist get her rear wheel back in the frame after a puncture.

The washing is out on the whirligig to dry (wind powered, not solar @Gwylan) and I'm going to make myself a coffee and then have a shower.
