Good morning from Suffolk where we have a little bit of high cloud to start the day keeping the temperature down to merely very warm instead of hot with sunshine. Coffee is just being finished as part of an early (for me) start to the day as I'm having a train/bike/train day.

Next up is breakfast followed by applying a good layer of factor 30.

Just thought of the ultimate solution in the on going battle against the evil forces of hay fever
If I wear a scuba suit complete with mask and air tanks, I'll have clean air with zero pollen and I can't physically rub my eyes should they itch!
Only downside being I may get a smidge warm in the full kit, however I'd obtain some cool points by sounding like Darth Vader all day
