Good morning from Suffolk where the normal service of sunshine and blue skies has resumed. Coffee has been had with a dunked Oatie biscuit.

There's a little bit of food shopping to be done this morning and then the rest of the day is free for me to enjoy.

My fit band gave me a 1 - 5 cardio load target for today. And then awarded me 3 points for taking a shower. I better take the rest of the day really easy....

It's back to a comfortable temperature indoors and the light breeze feels like it's bringing dry air.
