Just been to GP - got my ultrasound result that says 10mm tear in my supraspinatus tendon, bursitis and also tendonitis in my bicep tendon. This I knew, but I have the report for my physio. GP printed out an extra copy as she said I can take it to my hip consultant and ask him to refer me for a steroid injection in my shoulder - as an orthopaedic surgeon he can do that - might just speed up the process.

The GP did ask if I'd had any medical training - I said no, just doing a lot of sport you get to know these things when you break yourself - I'd been asked the same when I was in hospital with my broken spine !

Got a week's supply of naproxen and codeine on the way so I'll make that last a month at least.

On the previous two weeks, the 13:16 X7 has been late and was nearly beaten by the 13:46 No. 17!! This is why I'm walking a few yards further ti catch the No. 14 today.
The return journey is multiple choice, all from the same part of the bus station so life is easier 👍

A wasp was interested in my Rustique sandwich from the boulangerie this lunchtime. So it had a small piece and I had the large piece, plus a Tarte au Poivre whilst the wasp was busy munching the sandwich.

Waspie went away happy and none the wiser about missing a cake.
