I am trying to have an afternoon nap, can you keep the noise down please?

I've just woken from an afternoon nap - not had one for quite a few weeks

We've had probably half a dozen drops of rain all day in this corner of Suffolk. Windy enough for me to have a mostly indoor day apart from the morning shopping ride and another short ride to collect some train tickets for me and the bike as I've decided to have another bike ride - lunch - train home day on Thursday.

It’s still raining. I suppose we’re going to have 40 days of it now.

It's been a grey, blustery and cool day here chez Casa Reynard. The forecast rain didn't amount to much.

Slept well, but haven't felt that great. So I've had a quiet day. Planters watered, the job lot of bacon I picked up the other night on YS divvied up and shoved in the freezer, and a bunch of writing has been done.

Supper was a sandwich with the last of the steak, and a salad on the side.

I am now watching the Great British Sewing Bee.

This evening's hot chocolate has just been made and a few spoonfulls of raspberry ripple ice cream had.
It also appears to be raining.

Mrs P has mentioned having a cruise with Fred Olsen.I hope he likes it,i did not like the cruise we went on, Alaska,the place was great the ship/boat piggin boring.

A much less stressful day at work than yesterday, although I had to go to the office today. I'm not really sure why I need to be there. Still waiting on my promised work from home contract.

A nice evening, I took the single speed out for about twenty miles, my first ride since I returned from Kintyre.

I have just finished updating the 1987 section of my archive's photo catalogue. Only 21 photos left to add to the document - all but two are from 1986, but some still need a bit of sleuthing regarding dates. There are a few that I'll never be able to date exactly, as they were taken in the Warwick Trailers workshop.

And now, I have just washed a buster collar. Lexi's been trying to groom herself, and because she can't reach (good!), she's been licking the inside of the collar, and it had gotten rather skanky.

Spare collar is on, and the other one will be dry by the morning.
