Itching to get back on my bike's

I'm up, too.. 👍

And me so off for a ride

Good morning all, cloudy with a hint of brightness here.
Will do the cleaning then go for a little ride hopefully avoiding the possible showers.
Afternoon will be spent watching the Tour, hoping that Kelso’s Onley and Morningside’s Flynn get through ok. Amazing that there’s two Scottish riders in the race.

is it infidelity, if I have an ice cream cone on my way home from work & don't tell Wifey?

Was it a "slippery slope"?

Good morning from Suffolk where we've had a bit of everything so far today - early morning rain followed by bright sunshine and back to cloud and a bit of a breeze at the moment. Coffee has been had after a very average night's sleep.

Today will be a quiet day which may involve getting the duster out and giving the race car models their six monthly going over.

Yesterday was a hopsital visit. Last time my white cell blood count was at 1.0. Anything below that and they would be very worried. Yesterday it was 1.8 and all other stats were good. I have no idea what the scale is for white cell count.

I have lost 1kg over the last four weeks. This is within their acceptable parameters. She said they do not want anyone on Chemo treatment to loose weight rapidly. Two pounds, or 2.2 if you prefer, is not a lot.

I was hoping for a quiet day today. The lady opposite is having a new bathroom fitted, (very noisily) and some one is having their driveway jet washed.
