Good morning from a warm but cloudy Suffolk. A very slow start to the day of coffee and radio has been enjoyed.
Still feeling a little bit stiff after yesterday's off and the cuts & grazes seem to be healing nicely, although I am a bit disappointed by the lack of angry looking bruises. All that's to be done this morning is to go out and get a bit of food shopping done for the next few days and then the afternoon will be spent either in front of the TV or in the garden with the radio for the Belgian Grand Prix.

They could also be coming to bring us cake, and welcome us to the neighborhood.
Realised last night the open bottle of milk had use by 26 July on it. Anyway it was still okay in this mornings tea and hence on the cereal but the rest used for a new loaf.
Much web browsing revealed being on aspirin there probably isn't a painkiller gel I can use on my knee. Those without anything obviously an issue in them still had warnings.
The hospital had recommended paracetamol but I had hoped to find something more directly applied.
Making of the loaf had revealed the need to restock on cornflower and mixed seeds
Hence an Aldi trek where I found they only had the caffeine included version of paracetamol. Co-op therefore called in on the way back.

That's me done for the day. Shopping done & put away, second coffee had, ebike on charge and Sky Sports F1 tuned in.
It's a bit grey round here, but nowhere as wet a Belgium.
I only found out while out this morning that it's Felixstowe carnival weekend - the things you miss out on when not on social media and hardly ever go into the town centre!
