Busy day ahead we are on grandparent duties for a couple of days, elderly relative has a hospital appointment, online shopping delivery this morning Oh and a reseal of the shower cubicle at some point.

Good morning from Suffolk where coffee is currently being had to the sounds of non-recycling bins being emptied*

It's another lovely sunny and warm morning and late last night I decided it would be a good idea to go on one of my ride out for lunch trips today. Which means that in about an hour I'm making my way north east to Thetford and will be getting the train back suitably refreshed.

*Not my bin as there's only the one bag of grass clippings in there which needs other rubbish to cover it.

Didn't have a good night, couldn't sleep, tossed and turned all night and awake from 4am.
Shoulder is playing up, hoping it's just muscle else I'll be booking in to see my chiropractor again, just over a week since my last visit

That takes me back! My first car was a British Racing Green Mini 850. I even remember the registration. HGS 239F.

The second one, the recycling one, is coming down now.

My first Mini was an Austin Mini Super Deluxe 850 in Old English white. I resprayed it in black tulip with white roof.

A bit sunny here. A friend is bringing his bike round for me to have stinker with it. The steering doesn't and the chain is a bit tight. I've got a new chain and hope that the head bearings just need cleaning.
I'm still waiting for some bits for my Planet X bike. I think they are walking down from Scotland with the parts.

Second cuppa went down well with a slice of toast and red jam.
Tradesperson has been and sized up the job we need doing so just waiting for the quote now.
Shower cubicle has hopefully been resealed if it doesn't work I think it will need to be disassembled but not convinced it would come apart.
