Grey, cool with light drizzle here.
I have a cardiology appointment this morning so I have to dash. It feels like I'm being summoned!

Morning all. Sunny cool start to the day with forecast of 30 degrees again.
Might have to re think my mid week after work ride
But first things first, cuppa has been constructed ready for consumption

In a break from tradition, I hoovered the bungalow this morning..
Occasional bursts of a certain Freddie Mercury song were uttered 🕺

Lovely supper of spaghetti with homemade pesto & sun-dried tomatoes, plus a tomato salad on the side. There is a slice of Zwetschenkuchen with my name on it for later.

Very nice. I made a veggie spag boll last night, chopped up some toms from the garden and threw them in while the quorn mince was frying. Some pesto, dried herbs (from a jar) and a chopped onion

Good morning from sunny and sweaty Suffolk. Coffee has been had, the water jug in the fridge topped up and the ice cube tray refilled and put back into the freezer.

There's nothing I need to do today other than a little bit of food shopping and getting a card for my sister's birthday. As these can be done in Felixstowe, I may cash in the voucher for a free Cafe Nero drink and have a quiet 15-20 minutes just looking out to sea whilst sat on a bench on the cliff top while I'm out.

Pre lunchtime stroll completed early before it gets any warmer

It is still grey and cool here.
I am back from the hospital. They wanted to check me. My last couple of echo cardiograms have shown that my aorta has increased in size. It could be down to different operators measuring it or it could be that it has grown. They said that a CT scan would give a better idea. They are not talking about open heart sugary and fitting a Jubilee clip round it just yet. My cardiograph was fine and I can go for a bike ride tomorrow.

Walk walked before the heat. Now I get to spend an hour in a hot kitchen making granola for free on the solar 🤯
