Whoop whoop never been so excited before to see suppliers invoices, first lot since they did a system upgrade at the end of last month

It it the first time for quite a number of years that we won't be spending the weekend in a Bournemouth hotel. It used to be Bournemouth Air Festival. We used to have a good time there and they used to put on a good show but over the past few years it has been reduced. It used to be a multi armed forces display but due to cuts that was scaled back. It's no wonder they are finding it hard to recruit people.

You were lucky to stay on the bike, when I had a crank break I was on the floor before I even knew what happened. I got a hint when I saw the right pedal still on my foot and the bike several yards back down the road.

Mine went a few weeks after I grounded the pedal on a corner.

I suppose I got away with it as I wasn't going very fast at the time. Low speed, high torque situation.

It happened right at the top of a very short, sharp climb that I am just about able to manage on single speed, so was out of the saddle but at maybe 6 MPH. With no foot attachment, I just sort of landed heavily on my feet.
