A very overcast morning with some light drizzle this morning.

Waiting on my breakfast now.

Back home after 45 miles trundling around the lanes.
First cuppa brewing.
Mostly cloudy but a couple of small blue patches.

Good morning from a grey skied Suffolk. Coffee and a lie in have been had while listening to the usual entertaining Saturday nonsense on the radio. The last of four rail tickets for a multi-day outing in November has also been secured.

Some shopping needs to be done later this morning, the most important bit being some rolls as I've already removed the bacon from the freezer ready for tea. A bike ride may also be taken in the afternoon.

Thanks. That's the sort of thing I need. I wonder if bike shops keep them?
I need to check the dimensions.
It is a thing I could make it I had a piece of brass tubing of the right diameter.

Most bikes shops will have them, or try Halfords as they do a pack of 10 cable end covers for £1

Swimming coaching restarted today with the team. Two hours in the pool and I was filmed for their new website.

Boy was I hungry at lunchtime.

Sunny spells this morning but otherwise overcast. Ebiked shopping trips became elongated and not that successful with 24.89 miles clocked up discovering neither of the Lidls in Harrogate and Knaresborough had a centre isle item whilst Sainsbury's had no 2 pints of milk, apart from the stupidly expensive ones, so no use of the apps current price offer yet. Milk acquired from Asda who were down to last dozen 2 pints.
Waterside in Knaresborough was hazardous with wandering pedestrians so avoided on the Lidl Knaresborough-Sainsburys leg. The Garmin today has uploaded to Strava so obviously was having a bad day on Thursday.

I must be lucky cos Maz doesn't do this, she is just buy what she wants and home ASAP.
