I woke up at the silly time of 4:30 this morning and have spent much of the day trying to recombobulate myself. With little success.

We've had a little rain but the roads are now completely dry again. Not enough rain to make the fallen leaves less scratchy as the wind blows them about. They were really loud yesterday.

Yodel have just delivered a parcel within their delivery window! This means that I am now free to go out. It's long trousers weather for me today.

The area around 'spoons & the obelisk (& toilets) is usually quite busy so hopefully the thieving scrotes will avoid the area.

Are you going to ride to the end of the harbour wall to see what's left of the WW2 gun emplacement? Ramsgate Harbour is steeped in history..

I took my Planet X bike out for its first test ride. I was expecting a harsh bumpy ride. It was totally opposite! It was nice and smooth and I carried on riding over to my brother's despite a rain shower. I seemed to stay riding on the hoods whereas I normally keep swapping round front the tops to the hoods, not sure if it's Downton the riding position or what? I'll have to see how it feels on another ride.
