It is sort of beige here but dry.
You can get all sorts of peeps selling things on the FBMP. Luckily so far I've met a few really decent people. I think the Richard Heads weed themselves out by being complete and utter ones.

A fine meal provided by the Titan tour rep.The hotel is so new modern and posh,well for me it is,uncoof like wot i am.I had grilled veal, roasties, cabbage and roasted veg,it was superb,then two sweets actually two plates with three different puddings on each,well i am on holiday.Then a little walk for some air and exercise,laying on the bed now with a pop drink bought from the local supermarket.We sneaked it in.Beer in here is Euro 7-50 draught pint and Euro 4 for a small bottle.Mind you it is posh with a very big P.We are a group of forty,so they opened up an area just for us tonight and we had a superb buffet,but the hotel diners had to walk through us to get to the dining room proper,one guest looked at a lovely lady in our group as though she had walked in something,the look down her nose was a sight to see the stuck up cow.

You mentioned veal?

Good morning from Suffolk which is currently sitting under a thin grey cloud layer. The usual Saturday morning of a lie in, coffee & the radio is being had. It's very likely the rest of the day will follow a similar path with a bit of a bike ride for fresh air and exercise being taken at some point.

Oh blimey, another 'good customer feedback' experience.

Ordered some TX Wash and proofer as MrsF is off on a Wild Swimming holiday to Scotland and her waterproof jackets need a top up.

Ordered via Amazon to find it was Go Outdoors. Courier was Evri (groan).

Parcel arrived battered with a large hole in it. Despite the box saying 'liquids this way up it was delivered upside down in a tatty condition.

On opening some of the product had leaked. Did the customer feedback on Evri, got an automatic message saying 'contact seller'. Not interested.

Left feedback on Amazon. Been contacted this morning and Go Outdoors are sending me the full order again. They have also complained to Evri.

A dreich morning and a bit damp on the perambulation. I see there are yet more roadworks causing chaos with traffic and making me detour all over the place through the inevitable sea of cones, specially designed to inconvenience pedestrians as much as possible.

It is an electricity cable upgrade this time. Wait until the they resurface the road again and then maybe the water board or telecoms people would like to dig it up again next month!

Breakfast served on a round plate today. How mundane!

The old Sony stereo they have behind the counter to provide music has given up the ghost. RIP.

I am going to go shopping for new hiking boots shortly.
