Bonnie's had her vet check-up.. All seems fine, happily.
She's now having a snooze on the back of the settee in the sunshine ☀️

And that's the grass cut. By the time I've finished this mug of coffee the spin cycle should be done on the washing machine so the towels can go out on the whirligig for a couple of hours to start drying properly.

All this means that other than a bedding change and other domestics later in the week (probably Friday when the weather is forecast to change), I don't have to do anything until Sunday so bring on the bike rides and lunch out.

had a swim in the bay, late yesterday. but no, not with the car hahaha

So, while I was at the dentist this afternoon and she was busy studying a couple of x-rays, I asked her where she'd been for her holidays. It was a sort of revenge question.

It's been a pleasant enough day here chez Casa Reynard after a pretty murky start.

Slept well, but the get-up-and-go is still rather AWOL. That said, I had a busy morning in the kitchen to do the food prep / load the crock pot for tonight's supper. I also popped out for a brief bicycular bimble to go walnutting at the tree nearest to me. Added another 27 nuts to my stashette.

Didn't feel like luncheon. Afternoon was spent erranding. Swung by the vets to pick up Madam's Arthrocam, and thence to Tesco for bread, milk, eggs and potatoes. Managed to pick the latter up on sticker, and also picked up some bog roll on a good clubcard offer.

Cat has been fed - she turned her nose up at the pate with ocean fish, but the pate with beef seems more to her liking. I am about to give her a dose of meds, and then it will be time to feed me.
