Fabby supper (reprise of last night) of sausage, bacon & lentil casserole, a jacket potato and steamed, buttered savoy cabbage.
The potatoes are the ones I bought on YS last night in Tesco. A variety called Nemo - from their "Finest" range. I would really recommend them (and buy them full price) as they are one of the nicest potato varieties I've eaten. Creamy and fluffy inside, with a lovely nutty flavour. Plus the skin is quite thin, so doesn't go tough.
Yet to try them for mash or chips, but I suspect they'll be lovely.

I had a lot of meetings to attend (virtually) today at work. A good cute for insomnia. It's annual employee satisfaction survey time of the year (as our "year" starts in November for some inexplicable reason). I hate surveys.
