As long as I breathe, I attack.
I find clothing of non thick material dries reasonably quickky on an unheated dryer or in the case of tops on hangers. Have had a couple of folding three arm stands to hang hangers from but both have now broken so its back to hanging the hangers on the back of the open staurcase threads.

We have a unheated clothes dryer which is fine , just phoned the company and they are refunding without us having to post it back so thats ok .

Sunny but windy. Washing well pegged out on the rotary thing. Extra security applied to the shirts, I put them on a hanger with two very strong pegs holding it to the line but also pegged each sleve to the hanger.
Just renewed car insurance through Uswitch £110 cheaper and £75 less total excess.

Good morning from Suffolk where the skies are clear, the sun is out and the wind is still blowing. Coffee has been had to the sounds of the radio and a children's football match on the local playing field.

Very little to do today again - just sorting out the overnight bag ready for tomorrow's away day, food shopping for today and a bit of snack shopping for tomorrow's trip. As the wind is still quite strong but nowhere near as bad as yesterday, a bike may be used.

I spent most of late yesterday afternoon and evening trying to set up my new phone (Motorola G75 for those who care). The easy part was the transfer of the account and initial set up - what took all the time was getting the display to my liking (silly things such as trying to customise the clock and tile shapes) and then having to log in to all the various apps. Never have I received so many text messages and emails with various access codes. With any luck that's it for another five years.

When Storm Amy was at her strongest here, the wind was a mild and humid south-westerly. Now that she's winding down somewhere near Oslo, there's a chilly breeze coming from the north-west. My two external walls face north and west, which means the flat has suddenly cooled down to autumn temperatures. Nothing a pair of thicker socks won't deal with.

Very envious - I had a look at the ticket prices when I found out he was over here to promote the new album, but just couldn't justify the price (currently £275 for Manchester with Ticketmaster being the sole outlet)

we had balcony seats at the Wang Theater on Tremont Street, Boston. $175 ea. it was a splurge. at the beginning I was so excited I could hear myself say: "I can't believe this isn't YouTube"

I need to get out more

Sunday afternoon and the recycling site did not have a long queue for once. Various pieces of now scrap metal disposed off along with the badly collapsed remains of a wooden planter and two bags of used coffee pods.
Aldi then for a bag of oranges and whatever else I realise I need which soon totalled more than 12 bags of oranges. Then the Co-op for chicken, chicken & ham bakes, chocolate bars and nakd bars which also there were £2.25 on a Co-op card. Waving the card at the till resulted in total price dropping £7.
