Hospital appointment 26 minutes late, not really worth all their fuss moving it. Prescription unchanged, hoping the tablets might have been reduced.
Prior to that the office called in for some needed documents and Sainsbury's shopped primarily for oranges and pencils, as all the latter appear to have vanished. Pack of 30 should last a while.
Afternoon work visit and 34 miles without a single set of roadworks encountered.

It's been a mostly grey day here chez Casa Reynard, after a very foggy start.
Was up stupid early to go to Frinton and view a potential candidate for a new suPURRvisor. The cat was lovely and she really tried her best to butter me up, but she didn't quite click with me. And yeah, there's a heck of a difference between "I like that cat" and "I want that cat" - the spark just wasn't there. So the position of suPURRvisor remains unfilled.
Note to self - no more British Shorthairs. That's the third one I've had a look at, probably the best of the lot, but they're just not for me. I think I'll just be a Cuddle Aunt to the ones my various cat friends own.
That trip chewed up all the morning and part of the early afternoon. Spent what was left of the afternoon sorting out stuff for Saturday (I'm stewarding at the Supreme), which included rounding up the snacky stuff and ironing my white coat. But I had to re-attach a button to the coat prior to ironing.
I plan on a quiet evening, likely watching the Sumo.
