Sounds like a good day ahead then

One of the best days racing in a very long while - from the morning FF progression races through Ginetta Juniors, mixed Alfas to an all-comers closed wheel race with everything from an Austin A35 up to a GT3 Nissan GT-R, all topped off by three stonking Formula Ford finals - historics, classics and then the headline Trophy race which was a classic of clean pack racing, slipstreaming and constant action.

Definitely worth the early start and the long drive each way, but the just finished hot chocolate may be the last drink of the evening as I can see myself falling asleep over a beer if I have one later.

Morning.
It is grey out,dry with a bit of a breeze.
We got the results of my PSA test and it has gone up again to 16.5. We have sent an email to my Oncologist. I expect they will start me on hormones.

Good morning from an overcast Suffolk where there's been more rain this morning and the grey cloud cover has remained. Doesn't look like the non-recycling waste bin has been emptied yet either.

Coffee has been had and I've just ordered another year's supply of Vitamin D tablets as what's left in the current bottle appears to be only enough to last me until the end of the month. Today's activity will be a bit of food shopping for the next few days.
