So get's to declare how bad it is, It's a bit like red dwarf and changing the light bulb. You tell the powers that be but little changes , except her boss will have a big form to fill in tomorrow.

Day two of the working week completed without incident.

I did some grocery shopping after work and made a big pot of vegetable soup.

I woke up with dodgy sinuses this morning and have a headache. I hope I feel better tomorrow.

Once had a group of adult learners one of whom was blind and had guide dog. It was one of the most chilled and stress free class I've had. The presence of a dog just change the whole feel of the room and everyone in it. It was a very interesting few weeks, I'd love to do it all again.

Companion animals are great de-stressers.

Having been catless for six weeks, between losing Madam Lexi and adopting Madam Ruby, the house just felt lacking and empty. Even when you can't see the cat, just knowing they're there is a great comfort.

Mr Bonds very kindly sent me £75. A useful some for sum seasonal extras.

Amaretto? Lindt Chocolates? and

The pistachio Lindor. I plan on treating myself to a box, as I love pistachios.

Some nice cheese maybe? Smoked salmon? Charcuterie? A really nice chai blend?

And some super duper fluffy socks.
