Good morning from a very dull and cloudy Suffolk. Coffee has been had and the now empty bin retrieved and returned to its normal resting place.

About the only thing of note today is that I was up and about early enough to bag a code for a free hot drink from Cafe Nero rather than Greggs.

The last effects of this cold are still hanging on as I keep having to cough thanks to a 'claggy' throat despite all the fresh air I've been getting.
