Been busy this morning, Cats fed, birdfeeders topped up and a bit of washing up done, having a bit of a sit down and a cuppa before the work really starts. First off is clean the logburner out and reload it for this afto, then the traditional Chriggy 'brunch of triangles of Toast with 'Philly' cheese and smoked Salmon topped with a Caper or two then after a bit of a rest (and a glass or two) on with the dinner. Not sure what time s 'The Management' is yet to surface but probably about 4 or 5 'O'clock, but at least we have an oven this year (Last year the element went about a week before Chriggy but luckily we had a leg of Lamb so that went in the slow cooker)
Chicken this year though with all the gubbins (even 'Neeps') so more traditional
