Morning.
I have been out and put our bins out. It would normally be a Friday but has been changed due to Christmas.
It was dark and chilly out there.

I was listening to the possible cause of the road crash in Nigeria involving the boxer. They think it might have been a puncture which caused it. I have been in a couple of road accidents where you seem to be drawn to things like a magnet.

Two Rennie's stopped the excessive wind last night on a sixpence.

Ooh I can see some sunshine!

Six gentle miles completed on local cycle paths.
First cuppa brewing.
Some patches of blue sky are starting to show.

Good morning from Suffolk where we have occasional sunshine to go with the chilly start to the day.

A very good nights sleep has been had and a large, strong mug of coffee drunk to get myself going. There's a load of washing currently on the go and once that's been done and on the clothes horse to dry, I plan to go out and enjoy the lack of cloud for a couple of hours as I have absolutely nothing else that needs doing today.

Think it's thermals under smartish clobber for today's obligations.

Also, later, review fridge contents.
Especially mysterious, anonymous items in freezer boxes. Left overs that may now be harbouring death and destruction or at least a dose of the squits.

Oh and settle up with HMRC before it gets more expensive.

Complete mundanity.

I have washed my feet and treated them for an uncomfortable dose of athlete's foot.

Now I get to sanitise all my shoes. Then identify who provided the infection.

As well as all the other stuff on my to-do list.

Cheap Wollies like store in Knaresborough failed this morning to have any "magic erasers". A birthday card and a usb lead purchased. Then to TK Maxx on the retail park where I found a 21 compartment storage box reduced to £4 and also new dish drainer as the current one is looking decidedly rusty in places. Back home Evri had delivered at last the IR remote set. Having originally ordered in error, I realised over Christmas it would have a use. First need to chop in two an USB extension lead.
