Drive carefully in that weather!

oh thank you. there were lots of hazards
- at exit from our condo parking lot, the mounds were too high & I couldn't see approaching cars unless I was 1/2 in the street
- roadways that are not clear of snow
- no visible shoulders
- dog walkers in the road instead of sidewalks, which aren't plowed yet
- snow shovelers & snow blowers coming & going from blind driveways & walks in front of houses
- new potholes
- hesitant new drivers who have trouble judging when to enter traffic, then they have no traction, so they are 1/2 in the lane & 1/2 in there driveway
- 1st responders rushing to scenes of accidents

but I made it to the office, 25 miles from home

We have recently come back from B&Q. I was looking for loudspeaker cable. They had 2 sorts, one thing 10 metre black and red cable for just over £6.40 or transparent copper thicker cable for I thought was marked at £13.?? When I got to the till it had escalated to over £21. I said that I thought it was priced at just over £13 and walked out. I have just looked online and a 50 metre length is just over £50.

I'd go for QED 79 strand cable at @ £1.09 a metre in fact that is what I use but cos of my set-up I need 4 5m lengths.

Sorted! I looked online and found that they did different thicknesses and lengths. At the time I wasn't up for arguing, I was having chest pains and had taken a GTN. I have since taken Gaviscon which has helped. Someone had put a 25 metre coil in the wrong bin.How did I know I was just going by the price label.

Are you sure it ran out of battery. Could there no longer be a pulse?

Please note that I'm not a medical individual. As a marketer I see it as an opportunity to sell you an upgraded version.

Definitely the batteries as it pumped up then went thpwrrrrrr and deflated!
Pulse was still operational @ 60 bpm

Chinese water torture around 6 this morning with a constant drip from a gutter (I hope)
Eventually ceased so the torrential rain must have shifted the blockage.

Managed for the first time with the new coffee machine to mispierce a capsule hence requiring the use of the tea strainer.

Foolishly agreed to do a work visit this afternoon. At least the rain had lessened to a drizzle and the puddled caught in oadding probably gave the car a wash underneath.

10 minutes out taken to nip into Lidl, for once I had a scratch to win app voucher I actually would use. Slight huccup in lifting the top trolley basket the rest proceeded to fall over
