It's quite humbling helping my 81 year-old father do something quite basic that I always thought he knew how to do.

It transpires my Mum had always done everything when it came to organising a move and it's a skill he's having to learn quickly.

Contacted Roberts over a radio of theirs I have. Increasing making popping or crackling noises while another of theirs that is older works fine in the same locations. Will it more cost effective to have it repaired or just recycle it?
Found the box for the basically dead Samsing phone, receipt in from 2014 so in mobile phone terms an antique.

Track racing again this evening at Derby, with a break then for a few weeks. With the nationals this month there are quite a few big name guests riding. I managed to not crash into the champion GB rider in the warm-up

Scratch - 6th. Too far back with 3 laps to go.
Tempo - 4th
Points - 6th? Went solo. Blew up spectacularly.

Ooh @Reynard, I finally managed to track down some Tesco's Gold leaf tea today. The previous foray only got me Red. Stopping selling the stuff for 6 months or so and then not stocking the shelves properly seems a very reliable way of making a product unprofitable.

More rain this evening, some of it at Yorkshire type level for a short while. I don't normally do holidays and I think my passport may be out of date as well, but if anyone's going anywhere dry, warm and sunny in the next week or so I'm quite happy to stow away in your suitcase.
