I just had one of those. I managed a score of 9 on the Boston Bowel Score of 9 (Excellent). Who knew there was such a thing as a Boston Bowel Score?

At the other end of scale is The Bristol stool chart. When reps called on the ward the big prize was to nab a t-shirt with it on. My mate got my wife to get one for him. It was one of the hardest things to get out of the reps they hardly gave them out.

Good morning from a fifth floor hotel room in wet and miserable Nottingham. Today's view is south over the city and I'm sure it looks better in the sunshine.

Coffee has been had, but no breakfast. I'll grab a sandwich on the way to the train station and then raid the freezer for a main meal when I get home.
