Time to bank the fire and hobble off upstairs to bed via a nice hot bath.

Nunnight one and all xxx :hello:

So close... 😂

Morning. It looks lovely here. Bright blue sky with light beige on the horizon, golden sunshine lighting up the houses opposite.
That was a good sneeze!
I was looking at the cover of a 1959 Lion annual cover. It has got divers swimming around looking for treasure from 2 sunken galleons. It was my brother's book, I would have been 4 at the time. The picture always fascinated me.

Yesterday has been emptied
Couldn't decide whether to walk or ride to the shop for papers, glad as I walked in the end as in places I was struggling to stand up never mind walk.

A lovely bright morning but with some ice around.

Mid-perambulation now and waiting for my breakfast. Someone is sitting in my window seat:gun: so I can't laugh at people trying to park their huge SUVs.

Someone at another table is reading the Daily Mail. They walk amongst us! I would never be seen dead reading the DM in a public place!

I'd already begun to think it might be a good idea. The weather and perimenopausal issues are adding to the general mess.

Shame the weather is too shitty out here to want to get out on the bike. I find cycling helps, because keeping my core strength up takes away the stress from my back.

Get your walking fixed, you're going to need it in good nick for a few years more. Otherwise you strain something else compensating.
Don't make me out my sensible uncle voice on.

Sunny but just struggling from zero. Lidl shopped to use a £5 off £40 spend app voucher plus various 15% offs. As predicted the "improvements" are 6 self service tills. Centre isle purchase of a set of drill bits.
Thence Waitrose to use a £1 off Hake app voucher.
Back home walked into the kitchen and noticed the accumulated pile of cycling bibs from using the indoor bike like thingy, the washing of which was abandoned yesterday as I was out of non bio washing stuff. Guess what I forgot so twix coffees a visit Asda to do.

Good morning from an at long last sunny Suffolk now that the bank of cloud has moved away to the east. Still flaming cold though. To celebrate a load of washing is being done powered by the solar panels.

Coffee has been had with two custard cream biscuits as a treat. At some point this morning I need to pop into town to get some rolls to use up a pre-pack of cold meat where the 'best before' date is a little bit in the past. That should leave the afternoon free to enjoy the break in the cloud while it lasts. I may even use a bike without mudguards!
