Off to see the Kaiser Chief's tonight ! Stopping over in a hotel locally as it's easier than trying to get home (and not much more expensive). We'll pop out this afternoon for a meal somewhere (lots of choice). I have a couple of 'restaurant' vouchers for a grand total of £50 so that will take the sting out of it.

Not currently feeling it with a stinky head cold as it's taken all morning to feel slightly human again.

Yesterday I finally regained some measure of control over my bowels after a biopsy somewhere up in the exhaust pipes on Monday. I can testify that 4 days without pooing is not a comfortable experience. Also, I am now fairly sure that farts ferment. It's probably a good thing that I live alone.

Flip, Asdas non bio capsules are now with fabric softener etc. Ended up buying a box of powder, still if I have worked it out right thats £2.75 for 46 washes of cycling kit plus the cost of laundry sanitiser.
Also the car drunk almost 36 litres of the expensive stuff.

Just popped to chemist for antibiotics for my daughter, and decongestant for me. Handy thing having a dentist in the family - daughter messaged my brother yesterday as she thinks she has some food stuck in/near her wisdom tooth - swollen. It's not yet come through. My brother advised a specific mouthwash and said I'll prescribe antibiotics, no need to see you. He popped round last night at 8:30pm - he'd only just finished work, stayed open late to look after a few urgent cases.

Afternoon sunny Tesco trek, the long way outbound making it 2/3 mile longer than last weeks, for fruit juice and Nakd bars before the ClubCard offer ends tomorrow and also a box of flapjack bites.

He popped round last night at 8:30pm - he'd only just finished work, stayed open late to look after a few urgent cases.

Does he do house calls,i have some pliers,i have had toothache for five days now,taking paracetomol.Did not want to dial 111 as i am out scoffing tonight.And i need my teeth,i am calling 111 tomorrow for maybe a Monday Tuesday appointment.

Well, that's a surprise. The management dragged me out cycling. Having announced that less than 10°C is too cold.
Asxee passed through the back door I noticed the weather station was showing the external temperature as 3°C.
Well the 30k round trip to her route was pleasant. But, very strong wind and very cold.
Still don't know the logic behind this outing.
There was a drink at the half way pub.
