Mine seem to just be pigeons eating the majority, with other birds getting the leftovers.

We have pigeons, too, but they only hoover up what the finches & bluetits drop from the feeder onto the ground.
There's no way of the pigeons eating from the feeder.

Second cuppa went down well with a slice of toast with peanut butter whilst watching a pr of blue tits flutter around the feeders

Good morning from Suffolk where it's been a chilly and breezy start to the day with unbroken sunshine so far - to the extent that by 10:00 the solar panels had produced more power than they did for the whole day on 12 days in February.

Coffee has been had after an unbroken 8 hours sleep and a load of washing is halfway done and may go on the line for the first time this year if the conditions continue. Nothing else to do today and it's the ideal day for a bike ride, but it'll be a headwind on the way out unless I do the train out, bike home version.

Same here, although I have been amending my diet for 6 weeks or so already.

Pigeons currently very rare as the bird are currently scoffing Sainsbury's or Tesco suet balls and little if any droppings.

@PeteXXX and @Mike_P - I'm guessing it's because I have a bird table rather than feeders. It was a little bird house but a fat Jay broke it

This was a trial to see if my garden attracts birds. It's worked and I'm intending to replace the cheap bird table with something better.

4 miles walkies with Bonnie the Bischon and Teddy the grandkids Bonkers Cockerpoo as we're doggy-sitting while daughter has a hospital appointment..

No lunchtime stroll as swmbo has the hairdresser in so I sneaked out for a 5 mile bimble along the cycle paths.

New phone has arrived so I will be transferring across to that at some point

Thermals on for a 3 1/3 mile Aldi/Tesco trek primarily for sugar free sweets and corn flakes/99p Braeburns respectively. The hospital keep on going on about me meaning low in iron. A museli/granola/corn flake cereal combination for breakfast coming up.

A much needed but very chilly 35 miles to the far side of Ipswich & back. Had to do battle with a very stiff headwind for the first half which is my excuse for scoffing two of the Aldi Titan bars to replace my energy.

This morning's washing has line dried thanks to the breeze and the sunshine (before it disappeared) and a load of cycle clothing is now in the machine taking advantage of a full battery charged from the solar panels. Time to put my feet up for an hour before tea time.
