A friend who had his second shingles jab the other day has gone down with the side effects. He rang me today to say that he has been feeling rough, that's why I didn't see him at the shed yesterday. I felt bad for several days after mine. A bit like flu symptoms, feeling cold and aching all over.

I was a little off my game too. don't remember specifics, but don't remember it being too bad

Actually, have you tried dosas? They're Indian pancakes made with either a fermented rice or fermented lentil batter - no eggs tho, just water & salt. They're fabby filled with veggies, raita and a good chutney.

I and East Indian food are not allowed, Mrs. GA says it is because of a nuclear test ban treaty.

I believe that is my problem. Whirring when I go above 35, continues when I put the car in neutral, so I'm guessing ball joint or tie-rod end. Or bearing. 100,000 miles, though, doing good service.

Good morning to borrow a phrase off here i have risen.What a night toothache which is not toothache.Last Saturday i could not stand the pain,so 111,i got an appointment for 16-00,teeth x rayed,nothing wrong food stuck between gums and tooth.Sent away still with pain.Well at 01-00 this morning i could not stand it any longer.Downstairs for two more paracetomol.Last two were at 18-00,well at 02-00 i felt awful.my arms hands and fingers my torso and head felt massive,it was like an hallucination.i filled a hot water bottle and held it to my face,i crashed out but woke at five,with my face still aching.Down stairs i came to sit.Now i have had breakfast to test the teeth,cold milk has setb my face off,i am going to the doctors a walkin in hopefully.
