Good morning from a mostly sunny Suffolk. That's the sound of recycling wheelie bins being emptied that you can hear in the background - not mine though as it's not even half full at the moment.
Coffee has been had and a bowl of porridge will shortly be nuked for breakfast ahead of today's day out which will be a train to Diss, bike ride via Snetterton and Hethel to Norwich where lunch and/or drinks will be had, then train home. Looks like a tail or side wind for most of it.

I know at times of stress and impending doom people turn to sex , but come off it! The number of people being evacuated from the gulf region has suddenly jumped from 200,000 to 300,000 !

Washing machine has been on powered by the solar panels
And the washing is now hanging on the whirly gig to dry fingers crossed.
Workmen are back next door looks like a new fence going up in the front garden.
Time for my second cuppa and a slice of toast

After the first coffee the bike shed opened and the eBike dragged out for the first time in ages for use. Tyres needed pumping up, a touch of oil on the chain and cassette and a mudguard needed refixing.
The jeans with the duff zip and a bag of used coffee pods taken to the recycling bins at Morrisons and on the return, with the sun present, free gift card bananas and bread from M&S.
Now a very delayed second coffee.
