I forgot to mention it, but on Saturday afternoon I dropped the clippers into the toilet when I was trimming my fingernails..

That's very worrying! Reducing fingernail length having that much effect on your brain!

Pre work walk has been travelled.
Blue Sky is slowly coming through and dry underfoot.
First cuppa brewing.
Garden bird feeders have been topped up.

Morning.
It is looking bright here, light cloud.
Not sure if I will go for a ride or not. I did 13 miles in total yesterday and I wasn't too special on Sunday so I might need a rest.
I have managed to get the other crank off my Pinarello yesterday, it is almost stripped down now.

Good morning from Suffolk - we appear to have slipped into a parallel universe as it's the second sunny start to the day in a row.

Coffee and a shower have been had and the washing machine is about to be loaded with some cycling clothing. It's all go round here today.

Bedding has been washed and is now hanging on the whirly gig moving gently in the breeze.

Second cuppa went down well with a slice of wholemeal bread toasted.

If this sunshine continues, I'm tempted to get the lawnmower out and give the front and side areas a trim if it's dry enough later. The back garden is more shaded and longer and wetter so may have to wait.

Due to having quite a bit of milk with not a lot of date on it I have treated myself to a hot chocolate

Not quite a sunkissed walk today but certainly a nice walk around the block

Time for a rest from the non stop gardening. The front border and a large area at the back have been weeded, the front and rear lavender bushes have been cut right back, path edges strimmed and the front and side grass areas have been given a proper cut. The longer and wetter back grass has been given a slightly longer cut which should help it dry out better over the next few days and stop whichever of the local cats it is using it as a toilet.
