Good morning from an occasionally sunny, occasionally cloudy and yet again soggy underfoot Suffolk.

Coffee has been had and a load of towels are on a very hot wash at the moment. A quiet day is planned with just a little bit of food & drink shopping to be done later on.

A short swim this morning plus breakfast and I'm handling the hotel check-out whilst SWMBO has her nails done.

The sky is flying under a blue, grey and white flag this morning. With a bit of flapping in the brisk breeze.

My post-biopsy arse is still in R&R so I'm going to take a bath and see whether I can keep off the dihydrocodeine because they gum me up so I'd then need to take laxatives which lead to rather severe irritation. Besides, they don't so much relieve pain as remove me from the pain (and the sentient world).

hard floors mopped , front room and bedroom dusting done. Up stairs toilet floor mopped once it's dry I can put back the none food spares we keep upstairs. Time for sit down and .

Second cuppa went down well with a slice of toast and lemon curd.

Towels out on the whirligig, I went out for an hour shopping (by bike, the long way round), made a coffee when I got home and the towels are almost dried already. Shows how breezy it's getting out there.

did some stuff outside, out back yesterday. little doses of this is manageable. still have lots to do, such as bring all the winter outdoor tools into the basement & bring up a few summer items. not ready for the beach footwear yet

hotel check-out

with some experience in the hospitality business, this reminds at 1 Ramada Inn as "Front Desk Service Coordinator" the weekday business guests would sometimes walk by & toss their keys on the desk w/o even a nod or eye contact

First time in March that I have been on a bike was enjoyable only 5 miles but thoroughly enjoyed.
