Morning. Bright sunshine here with a hard frost.
My friend is coming round to do some gardening in payment for me doing his bike. He will be here all week because of the state of his bike. Thick oil grime all over his bike. It is a wonder that his rear brakes worked as the rear wheel was covered. I might have to take his frame to a LBS to get the drive side BB cup off.

on late shift last night so go to bed around 1.30 and up for 7 am as i have to take mini ck 1 to a school thing where shes off to another school as they have been doing a thing about courtrooms and she is being a lawyer and even has to wear one of those wigs .

Good morning from Suffolk where it's been sunshine and clear blue skies all morning. Still quite chilly so I stuck yet another load of washing on to take advantage of the solar power, made a coffee and went back to the warmth of the duvet for a while.
Once it's warmed up a bit, the plan is to go out for a few hours to enjoy the good weather while it lasts. Although the results are already known, I'll catch up with the recordings of the F1 stuff from China later this evening.

You obviously stay in better hotels than I do. The only exercise facilities offered in the ones I use are to take the stairs instead of the lift.
