Lawns cut skimmed with an almond Magnum scoffed midway. That was after the car had triple store car park visits; Lidl, Sainsbury's and Waitrose. Was puzzled in the latter with the hake being part of chip shop meal deal except I could not work out what else was included nor what the offer actually was.

Did you hear the news on Radio 4 today?
Apparently he still has the same mobile phone number that he had before he was president the first time, and with no gatekeeping. They were interviewing a a guy who has it, and he said he doesn't mind chatting to allcomers.
Reminds me of a poster I saw once: "Everybody has a right to my opinion".

Got a glut of bedding to wash been waiting for some good weather. 1st part of the bedding now out on the line it's a bit late but should get a few hours. It's now blowing around the wind and late sun quite nicely.

A bright, warm and sunny day here chez Casa Reynard, albeit with a chilly breeze.

Did not sleep well again. This is getting very wearing, but hey ho. So the now usual routine of taking a upstairs to bed and working on the writing and doing some admin. At least the latter is now yielding the right sort of responses.

Rose at a more godly hour, did the chores, bagged up two more lots of jumpers for the clothes bank, and finished mending one pair of jeans. Two more pairs to go.. They're not jeans for "smart" wear, but I don't mind wearing patched stuff to work in the garden or just bimble around locally. As long as it's clean and presentable, that's all that matters.
