It looks lovely out. Bright sunshine , clear light blue sky and a lot of dew on the grass and cars.
I have put our garden waste bin out.

First cuppa went down well

Spindles bike shop in Corsham is a nice place. I took my friend's bike over yesterday to see if they could remove the drive side BB cup . They did. It needed a 5ft long scaffolding pole to shift it. I went back in the afternoon with my Pinarello frame which also had a BB to be removed, Campag. They let me borrow a tool. I took it back later after having got the cups to move. Sadly it seems as though they are seized up inside as when I unscrew one side the other side winds in.

I was just thinking about my BB situation and realised that it is encouraging news in that I must have created a gap for the cups to be able to wind in and out. It might not be much but it has created a bit of movement.

I had an Irish themed Bismarck this morning, with green frosting. Because all the other donuts were green through and through.
I also voted in the primary election today. The election in my precinct was held in a former Baptist Church, now some sort of independent congregation.

Trip to town done and washing now on the line so can make a start on washing Mrs 73's uniforms.

Good morning from Suffolk where it's blue skies and sunshine today. The house battery has already been topped up and electricity is being exported to the grid thanks to the solar panels.

Coffee has been had after a very good night's sleep - I was out for 8.5 hours thanks to a combination yesterday's ride and my body trying to rid itself of the cold I've picked up. As much as I'd like to go out to enjoy the sunshine, a day pottering around at home is called for. Having cut the grass a couple of weeks ago, I think I'm going to go over it with an electric rake and then get the mower out again to pick up the dead stuff lifted by the rake.
