You still hobbling?
Did you get physio as suggested?

Only hobble when I'm really tired bow.

No luck with getting a physio appt anywhere around here. But I've been getting some decent exercise, and have noticed that I am regaining both strength and flexibility. There is a hormonal component to the issue as well (ain't the perimenopause a joy!), so may consider HRT as a solution.

Very little done after the break taken earlier. Re-boxed the electric rake for another year, scraped the muck off the underside of the mower and then put both away in the shed. Quick test fit of the secondhand mudguards from Ebay on the intended bike and then treated myself to an ice cream from the freezer. After that a large dose of C.B.A to do anything else kicked in and I retired to the living room with a cold (non-alcoholic) drink and the Kindle for an hour.

The rest of the day has been spent in a similarly relaxed manner, the evening's hot chocolate has long been had and I've planned a route for Thursday's outing.
