Thanks for the warning Never saw any frost but it's very misty so stuck to the shared cycle paths for a nice 12 miles.

I looked up Penzance to Birmingham on trainline (tickets and timetables) but could not find details of the on-board catering services, or if there were any.

A very enjoyable slow paced bimble was had earlier round some back lanes, bridleways and both ends of Felixstowe. Hazy sunshine and quite a chill to the breeze again.

The second coffee of the day has been had and I'm contemplating a snooze.
