Thank you to everyone for your hugs earlier today.

There was very little traffic on the way to this different hopsital.

I got confused at one point seeing a sign pointing to Northampton (Numpton?).

Plenty of empty parking spaces without a long walk to the main entrance. ^_^Good sign-posting for the various departments. No waiting to be called in for the fitting of a canula. An experienced canula person, who managed it first time, and no waiting to be called into the Scanning room.

I was out of the clinic before my appointment time. ^_^ The results take two weeks.

Now relaxing and will watch "Secret Garden" later, and "The Other Bennett Sister".
Always find/feel the worst part is the waiting.

Hope the results bring good news.

That's it for the day. The non-recycling bin has been moved to the front of the house for emptying in the morning and the evening's hot chocolate has been had. All that's left to do is put my feet up with the remainder of the action from Brands Hatch and finish the last half of the chocolate Santa.

It looks like almost every other manufacturer's frame and I wouldn't have known if I hadn't been told. The bike's so bland it's anonymous and is one of these:

Can you tell whose it is yet? I'd expect a bit more 'bling' or identification for my £3500

As you say it is bland. It looks like a frame bought in and they couldn't even be bothered to put their stickers on.

Just fancy showing it off to your mates.

A chilly and blustery day with occasional sunny intervals here chez Casa Reynard. Only had one short rain shower.

Did not sleep particularly well, and was considerably short once again. Took a :cuppa: upstairs and worked on my novel. At a more appropriate time, I cleared the chores, but I have done very little of anything, as my get-up-and-go has gotten up and buggered off.

So I've had a day of reading, girly pamper sessions and snaccidents. The latter also involved a bar of creme egg chocolate.

Cooked a lovely roast beef supper (had a "finest" topside joint), with a jacket potato and red cabbage braised with apple & orange.

Have had a quiet evening sat by the fire in the company of Madam Boo and watching back to back episodes of Repair Shop.

Yes, its the waiting in hospitals, and then waiting for results.
I now have three weeks without any hospital appointments.

Time to get out into the garden.
At this time of day!
