That's a tall order. I'll deal with civilization if someone will take on the warp drive.

That's up to Zephraim Cochran. I have little grasp of physics, despite being a spouse of a person who worked in a University physics department as non-scientific personnel for decades. I could go to lectures and understand most of what was going on, but much of my scientific education centered around invertebrate biology.

See you round the other side, Artemis II
Listened to a piece from Reid Wiseman, commander, last night, where he was saying the crew had seen the earth in full eclipse from the far side of the moon.
Apparently the only place to see this eclipse of the earth was midway between the two bodies. (I presume he meant midway between the earth and moon.) Which doesn't make sense if they were on the far side, from our point of view.

I'm up. Dog's out in the garden tiddling. Tea's brewing.

Morning.
Lovely and sunny here with a clear blue sky.
I managed to get out for a ride yesterday afternoon. I had to swap my bikes over from the one I intended to use, the wheel I had fitted to one bike had the wrong rear sprockets.
I was determined to get out as I have had enough of being grounded by the fairies which had gone and wanted to try out my Garmin Edge 130 plus. It's a bit complicated for me. Need to study the instructions more.
