I, on the other hand, am lucky to get 4 or 5 stories out of St Joe's at it's tallest, but probably best with all the tornadoes and the like.

I was out in the garden yesterday afternoon spraying a section on my brother's bike frame. Sunny with blue sky and cloud. A flash of light drew my attention in the sky, it was from a largish bird soaring. I watched as it climbed and flew in my general direction. At first I thought it was a Buzzard but it's wings and general shape was wrong , I realised that it was a Peregrine Falcon. I continued to watch it as it glided off in a southerly direction.
I seem to be haunted by them! They seem to sneak up on me in unexpected places. The first time I saw one I was round my mum's house. I was looking up towards the gutters when I saw one above me staring directly down at me, it flew off and disappeared over a railway embankment. The next time I saw one I was in our back garden again. It was a flash of light which caught of light that drew my attention again. This time I was able to rush indoors and grab my camera. I caught sight of it again and took loads of shots. I downloaded them and could see that it was a Peregrine. My third sighting was whilst out riding. I could hear a strange bird sound. I stopped and looked around to see where the noise was coming from. It was from a bird perched perched high up in an electricity pylon. It was a Peregrine!
I have often wondered if Peregrine's were about and couldn't really believe it until I had actual photographic proof.

Good morning from a mostly sunny and very breezy Suffolk. Strong coffee has been had as an attempt to kick start my system after a very good night's sleep.

Very little to do today other than to put away the washed bedding now it's dried, do the vacuuming and re-read the instructions before starting the beer brewing. I wonder if I'll get bored enough to wash and polish the car?

Titan yer tummy

No meatings b4 dinner!
I have been up for hours - nearly half the day actually. Decided to WFH again as still nursing chest infection now developing into tickly irritating cough.

Took nearly an hour to get my work computer fired up this morning.

Breakfast on two slices of grand-daughters birthday cake hanging around in the kitchen + numerous cups of T.

Lengthy zoom call about GDPR, data management, data-storage and other work IT stuff.

Mrs TyT is out in the garden enjoying the sunshine and doing some digging/planting.
