I went to IKEA for the first time on saturday. I was impressed with the range of stuff they had, the ease of shopping (i.e. everything was in stock to take away if it fits in your car), and the one-way system was very well organised. Downside is, if you're just popping in for a loo brush then it would take you 2 hours. I also tried the famous meatballs and mash in the cafe - very nice, and it even came with jam (more like cranberry sauce) which was a bonus; I do love my condiments

I am going cycling today!
That's my manifesto.
How far, where and whether I come back depend on third party events.

Well I did!
A new route, 50k - long for me these days
Very large part on quiet roads.
For the old, platinum biddy in the blue Smart car! I know where you live, you gormless old trout.
Feel triumphant because I'm back and it has just started raining.
