@tyred I am listening to a podcast called 'Seek travel ride' a 2023 interview with Helen Dainty who is a full time cycle tourer and has been for nearly 16 odd years. She has her own youtube channel called 'Hels on wheels' a remarkable woman and has everything she owns on her bike. In my head it is infinitely appealing but in reality, not sure I could do it.

I couldn't do it either. I can enjoy that life for a week or two, but then start to get fed up with endlessly moving on each day.

I am deeply ashamed to admit connections with S'oton. I was brought up and went to school there. I am not really that interested in football but if I support a team I guess it has to be the Saints.

I just wonder if the appeal will fail and the EFL will add to the fully justified penalty already imposed.

Good morning from a cloudy and very breezy Suffolk. Coffee has been had to the sound of the council trying to clear a small patch of land near the back of my house.

Hopefully another quiet day ahead - just a trip into town to get a birthday card and to do some food shopping for today and travel snacks for Thursday.

That's a possibility. My guess is their only thought at the moment is to be allowed to take part in the play-off final. Any further punishment is irrelevant to them.

And there's no guarantee they would win anyway.

Well, amongst other stuff done this morning, I sorted out a slight issue with the car..

Apparently, EGR valves need to be a bit cleaner & free flowing than the one on my car.. Who knew 🤭 🤷‍♂️
