Opened a couple of letters in the right order.
Letter 1 confirming next hospital visit. Letter 2 rearranging the next hospital visit
Could have been confusing in reverse.
No BT forms so phoned and asked for them to be sent.
Afternoon work visit to Ripon and a long snooze at a set of at least 5 way temporary lights.
Took 5 minutes out to obtain a couple of bags of salad leaves from Aldi.

Shortly off back into town for an evening of music and beer.
Turned into a bigger expense evening shopping trip than expected.
Sainsburys had 20% off clothing and 20% off freeform. Sweatshirt and more food items than anticipated purchased. Hand scanner locked up obviously unable to cope with the reductions.
Put the shop through a self scan till and managed to scan the same item twice. Fortunately an assistant was standing a couple of feet away. Sausage roll and Pork Pie acquired but no cheese and onion roll so a visit to Simply Food.
Then just time to nip into Waitrose as I had spotted yet another cheap 2 pint milk app offer there, if only a single purchase. Till would not scan my debit card and swiping got no where. Eventually spotted the narrow pretty well disguised card slot and eventually paid the 80p.

It's been a warm and occasionally sunny day here chez Casa Reynard, albeit with a bit of a stiff breeze.
Slept OK. Woke up early, turned over and went back to sleep. An hour and a half later... Ooops! Anyways, downstairs to feed a rather hungry cat and make a
before going back up to do some writing.
Did the chores after, then spent the rest of the morning going through books and magazines. Also did an hour's weeding.
Lovely luncheon of a roll filled with salad and coronation turkey, plus a tangerine, two rings of pineapple, some crisps and a pot of tea.
Did some more writing and filled a planter with half of the marigolds and petunias I bought on YS last week. The rest of the plus are for my friend Linda.
Then took myself off for a bicycular bimble in the company of Rocky the hardtail. Had a fun hour pootling on the gravel trail that runs along the side of the Hundred Foot, and took some time out to sit by the fishing lake at Oxlode and watch the wildlife.
Nasi Goreng for supper, and an evening of catching up on the overnight sumo action.
