Bike ride had, showered, shaved and coffeed. Wearing trousers rather than shorts for the first time in a week as I'm out late this evening and it looks like being wet and not warm.
Must remember to get some diesel on the way out.

A cool and grey day here chez Casa Reynard, and one where the rain was avoided till about an hour ago.
Slept well, but woke up ridiculously early. Couldn't get back to sleep, so downstairs, feed the cat, make a
and take it back upstairs to do some writing. Am having a headache trying to wrap up this section. The right words are eluding me, but I'll get there.
Down to do the chores at a better hour. Spent the morning futzing about in the utility room sorting out more stuff that can very obviously go to the tip.
Lovely luncheon of cheese on toast, yoghurt with banana and raspberries and a pot of tea.
After, did a load of strimming as it was still dry, and a load of handwash laundry. The latter included the rain jacket that I bought yesterday. I think the charity shop had laundered it and used scent boosters, as you could smell this floral stuff from yards away.
That done, it was off into town for bread and a few other bits. Picked up bread, rolls and a baguette on yellow sticker, as well as a packet of organic smoked salmon. The latter will go into the freezer
Vegetable chow mein for supper.
A quiet evening in front of the TV is planned.

Well it's raining here. Hammering down. We are on a grass site, could be a challenge to extract ourselves.
The scheduled boat trip has been cancelled. Technical challenges with the boat. Something is broken.
Plan B does not exist, so tomorrow could be fantastic or not.

My bike messaged me to tell me where it is and that the on board battery is low.
The bike has been locked on the van for a week now.
Not much prospect of cycling tomorrow, Plan B or Not.
