Decision made - with the rain radar showing this lot as heading my way, I'm going to settle in on the sofa, stick HBO Max on the TV and watch 1st practice from Le Mans.

I've been absent for ages it seems.
Returned to pile of nail and dead flies in the garden room.
It's a stuck on conservatory. But my grandmother, she had class but no money, always called them morning room. She never got over moving to a house without an orangery.
Amongst the mail was a statutory charge for getting trapped in a bus lane in Reading. Miserable persons, they probably spent most of the £35 charge actually collecting the charge. Their cycle routes are pretty rubbish too.

No one ever said "see Reading and die"

When I feel a bit unwell, I find that gentle gardening is very therapeutic. When I feel as I do now, it seems that even the simplest task is difficult.

Looks like @Jenkins is getting the weather that never turned up here. Couple of rain spells but otherwise sunny if on the cool side.
Was like a modern radio version of Bullseye this morning on local radio - You have won a full body MRI scan
Post lady delivered a replacement soap dish for bottom of the shower head rail which new in January. The dish having broken off last week. Replacement one is the same design so will this last beyond November...

Nice walkies with Drago & his two dogs & Bonnie this morning.. Missed most of the rain with only a few drops falling as we crossed some fields.

Chucked it down on & off all day but I did get a few bits done in the shed this afternoon.

I've just managed to destroy a second air fryer. I'd put it on the ceramic hob for want of other clear space but unfortunately I managed to knock one of the hob's controls, thereby cooking the air fryer from below. This made for a slightly stressful fish and chips supper.

Well my mri scan was completed earlier they had to stop half way through and put some sand bags on my ankles to step my legs twitching .

Evening stroll around the block completed

Evening hot chocolate went down well with a hob nob

My speciality with kitchen scales
Reuse to take out insurance on them as I will get will a black mark quickly.

3 mile evening trek to Tesco to dispose of plastic bags and wrappings with a shop of bananas, apple pies and tv guide. Then to Aldi for tge6 exercise weights for the uphill return; quash and washing up liquid.
Called in at the Co-op but left without buying anything as there was nothing tempting on the reduced section and Nakd bars have gone back to the Co-ops eye watering price.

Starting empty, I think that glass could have been completely filled with the amount of liquid sunshine that fell from the sky today.
There was a short gap in the wet stuff this afternoon which was enough for me to do a quick loop up to the outskirts of Ipswich & back before it started again.
