Hercules is poorly. Well, he can't stop.
Both brakes need bleeding. A job I hate and don't do well.
Sadly the LBS are no better, I have found. They fitted the last set of brake pads, etc, back in March.
Also they fitted the wrong bolt in one reservoir - it was never going to hold the pressure.
The rear wheel they didn't seem to understand the belt drive system. Tightened the belt too too tight.

So it's the rusty Raleigh and no battery assistance whilst I wait for parts to arrive.

Since I finished my course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy about 2 weeks ago, I still get alerts for my patient transport into the hospital, and yesterday afternoon someone arrived at my front door to collect me. I've tried 3 times to get them to understand that I no longer have any regular hospital visits, but this apparently involves something very complicated and way beyond call-handler competence. Should I try a 4th time, knowing that it won't make the slightest bit of difference?

I'm refining my football theories. The first works by asking the question ''Is it joined up football?'' And much of the time, it isn't. This leads to defeats.

The second theory is based on blue spectrum blindness. When a white player passes the ball to another white player, some players fail to see the blue player in the way. This happened regularly last night when a white team played a blue team. Footballers should be tested for colour blindness.

Are you sure they need a full bleed.?
Maybe just a lever bleed will resolve the issue
Google brake level bleed

Overcast so far.

Made use of the third £5 off £15 Asda app voucher last evening. Another hardly intelligible call from dad, occurred to me he holding his mobile too close to his mouth. Been moved wards, flip will the card I sent find him.

This morning the Range shopped for £1 sink unblocker and a kg bag of mealworms which the feathered ones are currently going crazy on.
On the return Aldi shopped for salad leaves, squash and tinned fish.
Hybrid has just departed. Its last outing was actually early 2024

Just tucking into my lunch, colleague say's 'aren't you going to the free staff BBQ ?' Pardon, what. Then I get an email from another colleague mentioning the free BBQ, and the Chanel 5 cycling highlights - ! Pah,

The forecast rain hasn’t arrived yet.
Spent this morning cleaning then went to the gym.
The rest of the day will be spent snoozing in front of the multitude of stage races currently showing on TNT Sports.
