You sure? Madam Boo is purring so loudly that the dining room table is resonating.

I like the sound of a cat purring. I suppose it's because I was brought up by and with them. I think Puss treated me as an unruly kitten but later I became a kitten minder allowing them to go off hunting.

Good morning from a warm & sunny Suffolk. Coffee has been had.

Another early (for me) start to the day as I have to attend a virtual classroom for a 'you've been a naughty boy in your car' course in about 45 minutes. Once that's over I need to get on with a bedding change and a bit of vacuuming.

I've a work meeting at 8.45, which I'd forgotten about since last night.

Couldn't find my 'Do Not Disturb' front door notice ... which I've realised has been on there since Wednesday lunch-time

Batterie in french can translate as a drum set. And a battery can be ampoules, but they are also blisters or light bulbs.
My education was long, but uselessly shallow. Now I can scarcely remember where I live.

Headed out early this morning as the forecast was for lots of wet starting from 9. I did a windy couple of hours and stayed dry, in fact its now gone eleven and its still dry, albeit with lots of grey clouds around.

It's turned into a warm and sticky afternoon. Awareness course completed, vacuuming done, bedding changed and in the wash. I've not put the duvet in the cover with it expected to be warm overnight.

What shall I do while waiting for the washing to finish?
