43 miles to Bury St Edmunds including a 10 minute desperately needed shade break and then into the wonderfully cooled Corn Exchange for two hours where a cooked breakfast, cold fizzy drink, two coffees and a pint of Big Sea were had.. A cold shower has been had and the rest of the afternoon will be spent moving as little as possible as it's still exceptionally hot & sticky.
