I went to the dentist, first time in at least a decade. It wasn't as bad as I'd thought.

Went out for a walk,takeaway latte from Waitrose two iced Belgian buns and sat in the local park,just to get away.it seems i don't put enough water in his lordships coffee there is too much froth,well bollox.

It's the extraction from your wallet that hurts most.

I've got myself extra dental insurance: this was the first checkup on their plan. Unfortunately there's a fair bit to do, partly down to some decisions made in the 1990's by the NHS, bless 'em. This isn't the first time I've had to have treatment in Germany after an NHS repair didn't work as intended.

My working day is completed.
Garden table has been extracted from the shed and dusted down.
There's also a ratty single speed bike in there that needs to be de dusted and have it's tyres inflated that can wait until tomorrow.
Bedding has been stripped, washed, dried and re fitted all within 3 hours.
