Good morning from a sunshine free Suffolk. Much cooler and lighter winds than it's been during the week.

Coffee has been had as part of a very relaxed start to the day. I've had the radio on time shift which is most disconcerting as the half past nine news has just been on at 10am. The only to do for the whole day is shopping for the weekend's food so I'm going to take plenty of time over it.

Overcast again and cool. Sainsbury's, Spa Cycles and Lidl for the car. The former primarly Nectar offers including a bag of Royal Galas effectively for 60p; 90p plus 60 Nectar points.
Spa because I suddenly realised the new bike has tubeless tyres so a tyre repair pack plus tyre boots.
Lidl primarily for 99p bag of medium oranges and free on their points a bag of French Fries.
